DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

JIUXIANSHENG provides personalized digital reading services. Our products are delivered digitally, and no physical product will be shipped unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page.

Delivery Time

Personalized readings are generally delivered within approximately 24–48 hours after payment has been successfully completed and we have received all information required to prepare your reading.

Incomplete or incorrect information may delay delivery.

Delivery Method

Your completed personalized reading will normally be delivered digitally in PDF format using the email address or other delivery method associated with your order.

Delivery Issues

If you have not received your reading within the expected delivery period, or if you receive an incorrect, corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible file, please contact us so that we can review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a corrected or replacement file.

No Physical Shipping

Our personalized readings are digital services. No physical goods are shipped, and physical shipping rates, delivery times, and tracking numbers do not apply.
