REFUND POLICY
Because JIUXIANSHENG provides personalized digital reading services created specifically for each customer, our refund and cancellation policy differs from that of physical products.
Cancellations
Orders for personalized digital reading services are not eligible for automatic cancellation. If you need to correct information submitted with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once preparation of your personalized reading has begun, the order generally cannot be cancelled or refunded because the service is created specifically for you based on the information you provide.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Digital Delivery Issues
If you receive the wrong file, are unable to access the delivered file, or the file is corrupted or incomplete due to a technical issue, please contact us at yifeng2133@163.com.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a corrected or replacement digital file.
Incorrect Information Provided by the Customer
Please check the information you submit carefully.
Because each reading is personalized using the information you provide, we generally cannot offer a refund where the reading has already been prepared using incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.
If you notice an error before preparation has begun, please contact us as soon as possible.
Personalized Digital Services
Our readings are personalized digital services and are not physical products. Therefore, there is no physical return or exchange process.
Where applicable consumer law provides mandatory cancellation, refund, or other rights, those rights will continue to apply.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
