Unless otherwise stated on the product page, readings are generally delivered within approximately 24–48 hours after we receive both your payment and all information required to prepare the reading.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by incomplete information, order volume, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Digital reports are normally delivered electronically to the email address or other delivery method provided with your order.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders for personalized digital reading services are not eligible for automatic cancellation.

Because each reading is created specifically for you based on the information you provide, orders generally cannot be cancelled or refunded once preparation of your personalized reading has begun.

If you need to correct information submitted with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

This does not affect any statutory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
